Farmer Bill has been tending the SLO orchard and harvesting our sweet tasting pistachio nuts for over twenty-five years. Having access to our own pistachio orchard we naturally have pistachio nuts around the house all the time. Besides just being a high fiber, high protein snack, pistachio nuts lend themselves to cooking in a variety of delicious ways.
